It seems like a long time ago, but we've noticed that more of our customers are buying their goods from their mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Androids, Blackberrys and Windows devices). We've seen this grow from a trickle when we launched our dedicated mobile site over 2 and half years ago (in those days people would happily browse on their phones but usually make the purchase from their computers). Over that time we've updated it incrementally along the way, but we're glad to let you know that we'll be introducing a major update to it in the coming weeks. We're sure you'll find shopping and some of the new features on our new mobile site more enjoyable and informative.
We think now is the time to radically shake things up, as when we decided to be one of the few retailers who had a dedicated mobile site over 2 years ago we think now is the time to introduce a new design and features that will help the mobile site flourish and push what is possible on a mobile platform (just like it was over 2 years ago).
We're proud that this Christmas our customers will be able able to shop for their gifts wherever they are, just like they have been doing for the past few years.
