UK Orders:
-Thursday 20th December- For UK Special Delivery
-Friday 21st December- For UK Special Delivery with Saturday Guaranteed.
-Thursday 20th December- For UK First class Recorded.
International Orders:
-Friday 7th December- For International Airmail to South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), Australia and New Zealand
-Monday 10th December- For International Airmail to Eastern Europe, USA and Canada
-Wednesday 12th December- For International Airmail to Western Europe
Extended Christmas Returns Policy:
We have extended our returns period for the Christmas season:To make buying gifts for Christmas even easier any items purchased from Joots.co.uk and dispatched during the period from 12th November to 21st December may be returned or exchanged at any time before the 21st January 2013.
For any items purchased after 21st December our returns policy will revert to our standard 'within 7 days of receipt.' Please refer below for our standard terms and conditions.
